Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 224 Active. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Only approved returns will be accepted.

Return Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.
  • Step 2: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank's processing policies.
