- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Only approved returns will be accepted.
Return Process:
- Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.
- Step 2: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
