Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for any delays or losses during transit. If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting your local postal office directly with your tracking information. We’re also here to help, so please reach out to our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Be sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 224 Active. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Only approved returns will be accepted.

Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

Step 2: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
